Return Policy:

Goods will only be accepted when Universal Distribution are notified within 14 days of the original invoice date.

No returns will be accepted without prior consent from Universal Distribution. Please ensure that when goods are returned, they are sent via a postal/carrier service which obtains a signature upon delivery as Universal Distribution cannot accept liability for the goods unless they are signed for by authorized personnel at Universal Distribution.

Goods being returned as faulty where no fault is found will incur a handling and restocking charge. This charge is calculated as either an amount of £10.00 being a minimum charge, or 20% of the invoice value (whichever is the greater). This handling and restocking charge will be deducted from the value of the credit note or credit card details will be requested whichever is applicable.

Goods returned for credit must be in a saleable condition and complete with all manuals, components and undamaged original packaging, any software seals (if applicable) must not have been broken. Damaged or incomplete goods shall not be credited.

Goods being returned due to a mistake on the part of the Buyer will incur a handling and restocking charge. This charge is calculated as either an amount of £10.00 being a minimum charge, or 20% of the credit value (whichever is the greater). The handling and restocking charge will be deducted from the value of the credit note.

Acceptance of returns due to Buyer error will be at the discretion of Universal Distribution. Goods will only be accepted when Universal Distribution are notified within 14 days of the original invoice date.

I have purchased an item from you and it's not working anymore, what should I do?

All products purchased from universaluk.com is covered by minimum 2yrs warranty. Cables without electronic components are covered by minimum of 10 years and up to 25 years! [Premium cables only]. If your purchased item fall in any of these criteria, please email us and we will let you know what to do next.
